Planned Giving
Investing in FHPC by creating a legacy gift in your will, trust or by beneficiary designation allows you to make the Clinic a lasting part of your own story. Your future gift is a testament to those things important in your life and what your enduring legacy will be for future generations. More info
Since 1996, FHPC has been caring for our community members, many who might otherwise not receive help. We haven't been able to do this alone. With a team of volunteer doctors, dentists and other health care professionals, we have cared for tens of thousands of patients over the years. And with the generosity of supporters like you, we will continue caring for thousands more.

Volunteer
The Clinic relies on volunteers and community support. Your experience at FHPC means creating a perfect match, both for the clinic and you. We meet with you to discover your interests and talents. We then match you with our needs and introduce you to the staff and other volunteers.
You will fill out a short volunteer application and tour the clinic. Happy volunteers are those that feel their talents are being utilized, appreciated and their non-profit is making a sizable difference in their community. We set a standard to perform all three.
If you are a provider interested in volunteering please see our Provider Volunteer Form. If you are a nurse interested in volunteering please see our Nurse Volunteer Form.
All others interested in general volunteer positions, please contact Kristina Nemetz at [email protected] or 779.220.9305. Thank you!

The Pink Door Thrift Shop
Family Health Partnership Clinic (FHPC) is pleased to welcome The Pink Door Thrift Shop in McHenry. The store’s mission is to support local health care and it will continue its legacy by supporting Family Health Partnership Clinic.
Volunteers manage and staff the Pink Door and have worked tirelessly to donate proceeds to help bring healthcare to those less fortunate. The Pink Door is always looking to add Volunteers to their team! If you have a few hours available every week or every other week, please contact Janet at the Pink Door for more information on Volunteer opportunities!
Please consider donating your gently used housewares, clothes and more to benefit our Clinic!
