Clinic Bids Farewell to Physician – Dr. Jon Russell has always had a heart for the underserved.  At the Family Health Partnership Clinic, he began providing opthamology care to uninsured patients in  1999   Dr. Russell has been in private practice for over 25 years and during that time has donated countless hours not only to the Clinic, but to other low vision

Help Us Meet the Rotary Challenge!  Dr. Lawrence DuBose wants to make a difference.  As a dedication to his late wife, Wanda, and her career as an Army nurse in WWII, Dr. DuBose made a significant gift to the Rotary Club of Crystal Lake Dawnbreakers.  He donated $25,000 and they in turn challenged the community to raise another $25,000 for
“Healthcare provided with compassion and without judgement is a basic human right. We support the efforts of the FHPC to offer that to those in need.”
