Nancy S. of Crystal Lake has been a clinic patient for over ten years. When she was married her husband lost his job and their healthcare coverage. With her history of seizures Nancy was unable to work consistently. She turned to the Clinic and went under the care of Dr. Rossi of Rush University Medical Center. She has considered the Clinic, its team and Dr. Rossi a blessing since the beginning. She has maintained her health status with the commitment Dr. Rossi has provided and the medications she has obtained through the Clinic’s pharmaceutical assistance program. To give back Nancy has participated in the McHenry County Human Race and raised donations for Family Health Partnership Clinic because she has a strong desire to give back .
