This is a meeting of the McHenry County COVID-19 Community Response Project. This project is funded by an Illinois Public Health Association grant. The partners in this project meet twice monthly to discuss, plan and coordinate ways to reduce the impact of COVID-19 in our community. The community partners participating are Family Health Partnership Clinic, Youth and Family Services, Senior Care Volunteer Network, Independence Health, McHenry County College, and Live 4 Lali.
