DATELINE: September 12, 2017
We have begun to use our new mobile services van to assist our team of nurses, who provide care to those who are homeless in our communities. Through a generous donation from the Sage Legacy Fund and with support from the McHenry County Community Foundation, we now have the ability to impact the lives of those who are most vulnerable.
