We’re excited to share the news that Family Health Partnership Clinic has received a grant from the CVS Health Foundation in partnership with the National Association of Free & Charitable Clinics. The funding we’re receiving will help us increase access to health care for underserved populations in McHenry County.
As an organization, we face many health care challenges but the support we are receiving from the CVS Health Foundation will help us address those challenges and provide McHenry County with access to innovative health care services and improved health outcomes for patients managing chronic conditions.
As we continue to look for opportunities to expand access to health care in our local community, we’re thankful for the support from the CVS Health Foundation which will make a positive impact on the health and the well-being of our patients.
