COVID Booster Vaccine clinics are happening!
We have begun to vaccinate our patients and some community members with the COVID Booster shot. Keeping our community healthy!!!!
Over 4,000 lbs of produce!!!
Our Community Grows program with community volunteers around McHenry County who shared a total of 4,100 lbs. of produce with our patients this season. We thank them for caring for our patients!!!!
