Come Together for Family Health Partnership Clinic’s Annual Gala “Puttin’ On The Ritz”. The evening will feature dinner and silent auction, no live auction this year. The gala will be held on April 22nd , 2016 at 6:00 PM at the Crystal Lake Holiday Inn. Help raise funds for FHPC, which provides primary medical care to the under- and uninsured residents of McHenry County.
