A huge #GivingTuesday thank you to you!

Thank you for your great support on Giving Tuesday 2018! We are grateful to have had 29 donors purchase 72 blood pressure monitors for our patients! We are amazed that volunteers, Board Members, staff, donors, and new donors joined our campaign to give these monitors to our patients who cannot afford them. THANK YOU!

Heroes arrived in a huge way for Care4 Breast Cancer 5K 2018!!!!!
